Fayette Connection of Private Sewer Laterals to Public Sewer Mains: City Administrator to Establish Standards and Specifications ordinance (§ 500.100)

The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to establish standards and specifications for materials and construction techniques to be used in the connection of private sewer laterals to public sewer mains which are owned and operated by the City of Fayette. The City Administrator is further directed to attach to this Section a complete copy of the standards and specifications first established pursuant to the authority granted herein. The City Building Inspector is hereby given full authority to enforce the duly established standards and specifications for materials and construction techniques to be used in such connections.
