Fayette Unlawful to Not Maintain Designated Landmarks, Structures within Historic District: Penalty ordinance (§ 415.790)

Chapter 415: Historic Districts and Landmarks · Article VIII. Fees and Penalties

It shall be unlawful not to maintain designated landmarks or structures within designated historic districts within the minimum maintenance requirements of Article VI of this Chapter. Said violation shall be punished in accordance with Section 405.1190 of the Municipal Code of the City of Fayette. Each day each violation shall continue to exist shall constitute a separate violation.
