Fayette Fees for Nominations and Certificates of Appropriateness ordinance (§ 415.770)

Chapter 415: Historic Districts and Landmarks · Article VIII. Fees and Penalties

The FHPC shall recommend an appropriate system of processing fees for the review of nominations and certificates of appropriateness. The person making the nomination will pay the designated fee.
