Fayette Amendment and Rescission of Designation ordinance (§ 415.330)

Chapter 415: Historic Districts and Landmarks · Article IV. Nomination of Landmarks and Historic Districts

Designation may be amended or rescinded upon petition to the FHPC and compliance with the same procedure and according to the same criteria set forth herein for designation.
