Fayette Public Hearing on Landmarks and Historic Districts ordinance (§ 415.220)

Chapter 415: Historic Districts and Landmarks · Article IV. Nomination of Landmarks and Historic Districts

Upon receipt of a completed nomination of a landmark or historic district, the FHPC shall schedule a public hearing to solicit input and comment on the proposed nomination and guidelines for certificates of appropriateness.
