Fayette Violation and Penalty ordinance (§ 410.090)
Chapter 410: Subdivision Regulations · Article I. In General
Any person violating the provisions of this Article shall be guilty of an ordinance violation, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as set forth in Chapter 100, Article III, of this Code.
