Fayette Minimum Yard Requirements ordinance (§ 405.660)
Chapter 405: Zoning Regulations · Article VII. Yard Regulations
The following minimum yards, measured in feet, shall be provided within the districts indicated below:

| "RD" | 25 | 10 | 25 |

| "I" | 25 | None | 30 |
| "S" | 30 | 20 |
| Whenever a lot abuts upon a public alley, one-half (1/2) of the alley width may be considered as a portion of the required yard. For the purpose of side yard regulations, a two-family dwelling or multiple dwelling shall be considered as one (1) building occupying one (1) lot. |
