Fayette Parking for Certain Purposes Prohibited ordinance (§ 355.040)
Chapter 355: Stopping, Standing or Parking Prohibited in Specified Places
A. No person shall park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of:
1. Displaying such vehicle for sale; or
2. Repair of such vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency.
