Chapter 230: Garbage, Trash and Litter Regulations · Article II. Littering
A. No person, while a driver or passenger in a vehicle, shall throw or deposit litter upon any street or other public place within the City, or upon private property.
1. No driver of any vehicle shall allow any passenger in that vehicle to throw or deposit litter upon any street or other public place within the City, or upon private property.
