Fayette Penalties ordinance (§ 230.100)
Chapter 230: Garbage, Trash and Litter Regulations · Article I. Solid Waste
Any person violating any of the provisions of this Article, or any lawful rules or regulations promulgated pursuant hereto, upon conviction, shall be punished as set forth in Chapter 100, Article III, of this Code.
