Fayette Disposal of Solid Waste ordinance (§ 230.050)

A. Solid Waste Deposited At Approved Facility. Solid wastes shall be deposited at a processing facility or disposal area approved by the City and complying with all requirements of the Missouri Solid Waste Management Law, Sections 260.200 to 260.245, RSMo., and the rules and regulations adopted thereunder. The City may designate the processing or disposal facility to be utilized by persons operating under Section 230.060 of this Article.

B. Hazardous Wastes. Hazardous wastes will require special handling and shall be disposed of only in a manner authorized by State regulations.
