Fayette Operation ordinance (§ 225.530)

Chapter 225: Parks, Recreation and Trees · Article III. Trees and Tree Board

The Tree Board shall choose its own officers, make its own rules and regulations regarding its internal practices and procedures and keep a journal of its proceedings. The Tree Board actions will be covered by the legal umbrella of the Board of Aldermen of Fayette, Missouri. A majority of the members shall be a quorum for the transaction of business.
