Fayette Boats and Motors ordinance (§ 225.200)

A. No fee or other charges will be required of boats utilizing City lakes.

B. Only boats with less than nine and nine tenths (9.9) horsepower will be allowed to utilize City lakes. Use of personal watercraft is prohibited. For the purpose of this Section, personal watercraft shall be a type of vessel propelled by machinery which is designed to be operated by a person sitting or standing inside the vessel.
