Fayette Swimming and Wading ordinance (§ 225.120)
Chapter 225: Parks, Recreation and Trees
Swimming and wading in all park lakes is prohibited. Violation of this Section of the Chapter is punishable by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
