Fayette Property Damage ordinance (§ 210.590)
Chapter 210: Offenses · Article VI. Offenses Concerning Property
A. A person commits the offense of property damage if he/she:
1. Knowingly damages property of another; or
2. Damages property for the purpose of defrauding an insurer.
