Fayette Refusal to Deliver Animal to City Police ordinance (§ 205.020)
Chapter 205: Animals and Fowl · Article I. In General
If any person shall refuse to deliver up to the City Police any animal or dog when requested to do so under the provisions of this Chapter, they shall be subject to a fine as set forth in Section 205.300 of this Chapter.
