Fayette Establishment of Fire Department ordinance (§ 203.010)

Chapter 203: Fire Department

Pursuant to Section 79.450, RSMo., a municipal fire department, herein after known as, the "Fayette Municipal Fire Department," is hereby established to provide fire suppression, protection and fire safety services within the municipal City boundaries of the City of Fayette, Missouri.
