Fayette Provide Mutual Aid or Emergency Assistance to Other Public Safety Agencies ordinance (§ 200.300)

Pursuant to and under the authority set forth in Section 70.837, RSMo., as may be amended from time to time, the Police Department of the City of Fayette, Missouri, is hereby authorized to respond and provide assistance as requested, in any mutual-aid or emergency assistance request.
