Fayette Police Vehicles ordinance (§ 200.220)

Chapter 200: Police Department

Police Officers are not to use police vehicles except in the discharge of their duties. Police vehicles are not available for personal use. Police Officers are to let no unauthorized persons ride in vehicle without the approval of the City Administrator, Mayor or Board of Aldermen.
