Fayette Restrictions Applying to Suspended Officers ordinance (§ 200.200)
Chapter 200: Police Department
No member of the Department shall wear his/her uniform or carry a pistol while under suspension for any cause; and such member shall immediately surrender his/her badge and police identification to the City Marshal when notified of his/her suspension.
