Fayette Board Shall Publish Semi-Annual Statements ordinance (§ 135.040)

The Board of Aldermen shall semi-annually each year, by July 15 and January 15, make out and spread upon their records a full and detailed account and statement of the receipts and expenditures and indebtedness of the City for the half year ending with the last day of the month in June and December of such report, which account and statement shall be published in some newspaper in the City. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for the semi-annual period ending June 30, 2025, the Board of Aldermen shall have until July 22, 2025, to make out and spread upon their records the full and detailed account and statement of receipts, expenditures, and indebtedness, and to publish the same in a newspaper of general circulation within the City.
