Fayette Municipal Court Judge: Powers and Duties ordinance (§ 130.080)
Chapter 130: Municipal Court
The Municipal Court Judge shall have such powers and duties as determined by the statutes of the State of Missouri, the Missouri Supreme Court Rules, and such rules as are prescribed from time to time by the presiding circuit judge of the Circuit Court of Howard County, Missouri.
