Fayette Administration of the Personnel Administration System ordinance (§ 125.050)

A. The Personnel Policy shall be maintained and made available for public review in the office of the City Administrator.

B. The City Administrator and the Board of Aldermen shall conduct a review of the Personnel Policy at least annually and shall report any proposed adjustments or amendments to the Board during a regular meeting.

C. Upon initial employment, all employees shall sign, date and acknowledge receipt of the Personnel Policy. Thereafter, whenever the Personnel Policy is amended, each employee shall again sign, date and acknowledge receipt of the amended policy.

D. The City Administrator shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with Subsections (A), (B) and (C) and for maintaining records of all employee acknowledgments.
