Fayette Election: Qualifications ordinance (§ 120.500)

A. He/she must qualify pursuant to State law prior to election.

B. Every four (4) years from and after April of 1990 there shall be elected by the qualified voters of this City a competent and suitable person to the office of City Marshal. No person shall be eligible for the office who has not completed the basic Police Officers standard training program pursuant to 11 CSR (75.3).
