Fayette Duties of City Collector ordinance (§ 120.370)

Chapter 120: City Officials · Article V. City Collector

The City of Fayette has entered into a contract with the Howard County Collector for the collection of the City taxes of the City of Fayette. The duties of the City of Fayette Collector, regarding City tax collection, shall therefore be signature in nature only. Any reference to Collector in this Code is in reference to the Howard County Collector.
