Fayette City Administrator Bond ordinance (§ 120.100)

The City Administrator, before entering upon the duties of his/her office, shall file with the City a surety bond to be approved by the Board of Aldermen and conditioned upon the faithful and honest performance of his/her duties and rendering full and proper accounts to the City for funds and property that shall come into his/her possession or control. The cost of said bond shall be paid by the City of Fayette.
