Fayette Quorum to Do Business ordinance (§ 115.220)
Chapter 115: Mayor and Board of Aldermen · Article II. Board of Aldermen Meetings
A majority of the Board of Aldermen shall constitute a quorum to do business, but a less number may adjourn from time to time and the names of the absentees shall be noted by the City Clerk upon the journal.
