Fayette Mayor: Qualifications ordinance (§ 115.030)
Chapter 115: Mayor and Board of Aldermen · Article I. In General
No person shall be Mayor of the City unless he/she be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of the City of Fayette at the time of and for at least one (1) year next preceding his/her election.
