Fayette Filing of Reports ordinance (§ 112.260)

Chapter 112: Procurement, Conflict of Interest · Article II. Conflicts of Interest

The reports, in the attached format (held on file in the City offices), shall be filed with the City Clerk and with the ethics commission. The reports shall be available for public inspection and copying during normal business hours.
