Fayette Membership on Committees ordinance (§ 110.310)

Chapter 110: Administration · Article III. Boards and Committees

Any other provision of this Code notwithstanding, any person who lives in the City or within five (5) miles of the City boundaries may be appointed to the following boards and committees:

A. Parks and Recreation Commission (Section 225.020).

B. Historic Preservation Commission (Section 415.070).

C. Human Rights Commission (Section 220.030).

D. Tree Board (Section 225.490).
