Fayette Official Copy ordinance (§ 100.050)

Chapter 100: General Provisions · Article II. General Code Provisions

The official copy of this Code, bearing the signature of the Mayor and attestation of the City Clerk as to its adoption, shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk. At least three (3) copies of the published book shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk and kept available for inspection by the public at all reasonable business hours.
