Columbia Director—Appointment and qualifications ordinance (§ 27-37)

Chapter 27: Utilities · Article III. Water and Light System

There shall be a director of the water and light department, who shall be trained and experienced in the operation and management of public utilities, and qualified to perform the duties required of the director by the charter and ordinances of the city. The director shall be appointed by the city manager.
