Columbia Energy efficiency incentives authorized ordinance (§ 27-162)
Chapter 27: Utilities · Article III. Water and Light System
The city water and light utility is hereby authorized to institute a program of energy efficiency incentives, subject to the availability of funds for such purposes, for qualified customers of the water and light utility under the terms and conditions hereinafter established.
