Columbia Superintendent ordinance (§ 22-28)

Chapter 22: Public Works and Improvements · Article II. Public Works Department

There is hereby created within the classified service of the city, the position of superintendent of the division of transportation, department of public works, and such other subordinate employees of the division of transportation as may be authorized by the city manager, who shall be under the direction, supervision and control of the director.
