Columbia Billing; payment; deposits and service charges; discontinuance of service for nonpayment ordinance (§ 22-267)

The service fees provided for by this article shall be billed and collected by the city in accordance with the provisions of section 27-16 along with all other charges and deposits provided for by the provisions of section 27-16 et seq. The patron's sewage charges shall be billed and collected as provided for by the standard utility and billing procedures of section 27-16 et seq. All service fees shall be credited upon collection to the accounts of the sewer utility. Delinquency and shut off shall be handled in accordance with the standard provisions of section 27-16 et seq.
