Columbia Director—Appointment and qualifications ordinance (§ 22-16)

Chapter 22: Public Works and Improvements · Article II. Public Works Department

The city manager shall appoint the director of the department of public works, who shall be an engineer registered under the laws of Missouri and qualified to perform the duties required by the charter and ordinances of the city.
