Columbia Appropriate corrective action ordinance (§ 19-224)
Chapter 19: Personnel Policies, Procedures, Rules and Regulations · Article VI. Employment Policies
Corrective actions shall at all times be promptly administered and executed, thoroughly documented, appropriate to the infraction committed and shall never be on account of political considerations, personal bias, prejudice, or for classified employees, administered without just cause.
