Columbia Infancy ordinance (§ 16-95)
Chapter 16: Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions · Article II. Code of Offenses
(a) No person shall be convicted of any offense unless he had attained his fourteenth birthday at the time the offense was committed.
(b) The defendant shall have the burden of injecting the issue of infancy.
