Columbia Classification of offenses for purposes of sentencing ordinance (§ 16-32)
Chapter 16: Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions · Article II. Code of Offenses
(a) Misdemeanors are classified for the purpose of sentencing into the following three (3) categories:
(1) Class A misdemeanors;
(2) Class B misdemeanors; and
(3) Class C misdemeanors.
(b) Infractions are not further classified.
