Columbia Same—Amendments to registration statement ordinance (§ 16-285)
Chapter 16: Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions · Article III. Noise
All persons using, or causing to be used, sound trucks or sound amplifying equipment for noncommercial purposes shall amend any registration statement filed pursuant to section 16-283 of this chapter within forty-eight
(48) hours after any change in the information furnished in such statement.
