Columbia Penalties ordinance (§ 16-255.2)
Chapter 16: Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions · Article II. Code of Offenses
Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of this division shall be punished by a fine, which does not exceed the following:
(a) Infraction, Type I, two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
(b) Infraction, Type II, one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(c) Misdemeanor, one thousand dollars ($1,000.00)
