Columbia Smoking or use of vapor products prohibited in city buses; penalty for violation of section ordinance (§ 16-237)

Chapter 16: Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions · Article II. Code of Offenses

It shall be unlawful for any person to smoke or use vapor products on any motor bus owned or leased by the city. Violation of this section shall be deemed an infraction and punishable by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
