Columbia Failure to comply with a subpoena ordinance (§ 16-215)
Chapter 16: Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions · Article II. Code of Offenses
(a) A person commits the offense of failure to comply with a subpoena if, after being duly served with a subpoena issued by the municipal court, he fails to appear at the time and in the manner directed in the subpoena or to do any other act required by the subpoena.
(b) Failure to comply with a subpoena is a Class B misdemeanor.
