Columbia Complaint required following arrest ordinance (§ 15-8)
Chapter 15: Municipal Court · Article I. In General
The chief of police or other police officer of the city shall, without a warrant, arrest any person who commits an offense in the presence of such officer, but such officer shall, before the trial, file a written complaint with the municipal judge.
