Columbia Manner of operation, generally ordinance (§ 14-526)

Chapter 14: Motor Vehicles and Traffic · Article VIII. Motorcycles, Motor Scooters and Motor Bikes

It shall be unlawful for any person to ride, operate or manage any motorcycle, motor scooter or motor bike other than in a seated position thereon with one (1) leg on either side thereof, except that the provisions of this article shall not apply to vehicles with three (3) or more wheels.
