Columbia Definition ordinance (§ 14-491)
Chapter 14: Motor Vehicles and Traffic · Article VII. Cycles
As used in this article, the word "cycle" shall mean any device upon which a person may ride; propelled by human power, having two (2) or more wheels, and any electrically-assisted pedal powered cycle, excluding wheelchairs.
