Columbia Violations ordinance (§ 14-426)

Chapter 14: Motor Vehicles and Traffic · Article V. Stopping, Standing and Parking

(a) Every person convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this division shall be punished as provided in section 1-8 of this Code.

(b) Each hour that a violation of this division continues is a separate offense.
