Chapter 11: Health and Sanitation · Article IX. Clean Indoor Air
The director shall engage in a continuing program to inform and to educate the public regarding the health consequences of smoking and use of vapor products; shall clarify the purposes of this article to citizens affected by it; and shall guide owners, operators, and managers in their compliance.
