Columbia October, 2025 extension of corporate limits ordinance (§ 1-11.80)
Chapter 1: General Provisions
The corporate limits of the City of Columbia shall include the following land:
A tract of land located in the southeast quarter of Section 3, Township 48 North, Range 12 West, Boone County, Missouri, being all of Lot 2 of Lakeview Commercial Subdivision recorded in Plat Book 37, Page 103, records of Boone County, Missouri and being more particularly described as follows:
Lot Two (2) of Lakeview Commercial Subdivision as described by the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 37, Page 103, Records of Boone County, Missouri.
