Columbia December, 2020 extension of corporate limits ordinance (§ 1-11.54)

The corporate limits of the City of Columbia shall include the following land:

A part of the east half (E½) of the Northeast Quarter (NE¼) of Section Two (2), in Township Forty-Seven (47), Range Thirteen (13) in Boone County, Missouri, described as follows: Stating at the intersection of the east section line and centerline of the Columbia-Providence Road, thence along the centerline of said road, South 79°30' West 265.44 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 79°30' West 265.44 feet, an iron sets 27 feet south; thence South 1°20' East 416.63 feet to an iron; thence north 78°26' East 261.20 feet to an iron; thence North 0°22' West 411.48 feet to the point of beginning, and being the west part of survey recorded in Deed Book 279, at Page 222 of the records of Boone County, Missouri.
